May 19, 2009The corporate media has linked teen idol Miley Cyrus, who plays schoolgirl rock star Hannah Montana in the hit Disney series and movie, to an unconstitutional bill now working its way through Congress.
Teen idol Miley Cyrus, who plays schoolgirl rock star Hannah Montana, had her feelings hurt, now the corporate media is using her as a poster child for a bill that would effectively criminalize free speech.
According to Reuters, Cyrus recently posted an angry tirade on her Twitter web page in response to criticism about her weight. Those remarks that you hateful people use are fighting words, the ones that scar people and cause them to do damage to themselves or others, the teenager wrote. Kids hurt themselves. This is not something to be taken lightly.
The First Amendment of the Constitution shouldnt be taken lightly, either. If passed, the Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act (HR 1966) would outlaw speech meant to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person. According to the text of the bill, individuals who bully others via any electronic means could face fines, two years in prison, or both. Critics call it the Censorship Act of 2009.

Patriot Act Being Used Against a 16 Year Old Boy & its Own Citizens !
Patriot Act being used against its own citizens ! Granville County, NC — On March 5 at about 10:00 PM, ten heavily armed FBI agents, accompanied by three local police officers, stormed into the home of an American family and arrested a 16 year old boy on charges he made numerous bomb threats.
The boy, Ashton Lundeby, (photo at left) was taken from his family’s North Carolina home, to a juvenile facility in Indiana where the threats were allegedly made.
During the raid, the FBI executed a search warrant and thoroughly searched the family home. They found absolutely nothing illegal or suspicious. No bombs, no bomb-making material or anything unlawful.
It turns out, someone hijacked the family’s internet IP address and used it to make numerous phone calls and terrorist threats.
The family has been told they have no rights to see their child and, under the USA PATRIOT ACT, the child has no rights to even defend himself. They claim the Constitution does not apply to this 16 year old, natural born, American citizen. THIS VIDEO IS NOT ABOUT IF ASHTON LUNDEBY MADE BOMB THREATS OR NOT !!! This story is about a serious violation of the Constitution by sworn officers of the government !!
