As a result his Obama Contest video has been removed and they are again threatening to shut TheAlexJonesChannel down. Fans will remember that earlier this year both Alex and Jason Bermas had their YouTube accounts suspended for false copyright infringment claims. A video posted of Alex Jones announcing the ‘Obama JOKER $1000 Video Contest’ has been pulled by You Tube after ‘community guidelines’ complaints alleged the video was ‘racist.’
The video in question had no mention of race whatsoever– instead, it is a case in point of Obama Brownshirts policing the Internet and turning in political dissenters on a trumped-up basis.
Even more disturbing is You Tube’s “community standards” policy in action– which apparently allows for vocal critics to shut down free speech (which does not otherwise violate You Tube’s standards) under arbitrary and unsubstantiated claims of “racism” or etc.
Note: Obama Joker posters should be posted in public commons where other fliers, public announcements, handbills, etc., are posted. Please do not post on federal or private property as this will be considered vandalism and will be counterproductive and diminish the message of the Obama Joker poster.

Patriot Act Being Used Against a 16 Year Old Boy & its Own Citizens !
Patriot Act being used against its own citizens ! Granville County, NC — On March 5 at about 10:00 PM, ten heavily armed FBI agents, accompanied by three local police officers, stormed into the home of an American family and arrested a 16 year old boy on charges he made numerous bomb threats.
The boy, Ashton Lundeby, (photo at left) was taken from his family’s North Carolina home, to a juvenile facility in Indiana where the threats were allegedly made.
During the raid, the FBI executed a search warrant and thoroughly searched the family home. They found absolutely nothing illegal or suspicious. No bombs, no bomb-making material or anything unlawful.
It turns out, someone hijacked the family’s internet IP address and used it to make numerous phone calls and terrorist threats.
The family has been told they have no rights to see their child and, under the USA PATRIOT ACT, the child has no rights to even defend himself. They claim the Constitution does not apply to this 16 year old, natural born, American citizen. THIS VIDEO IS NOT ABOUT IF ASHTON LUNDEBY MADE BOMB THREATS OR NOT !!! This story is about a serious violation of the Constitution by sworn officers of the government !!
