You can get many a milage out of a exercise bike with the song Don’t Stop me now. i used to be 27 stone in the seventies and eighties. Then I heard that song, got on an exercise bike, admittidly brok it a few times! but after playing that song continually, I am now down to a skinny 20 stone. I lovwe you freddy!
