How can mainstream media not report on the biggest story of the year?
Ed Brown and his tax evasion case. I’m sure this isn’t the first time a US citizen refused to pay his taxes and told the police they could come and get him if they want.

I’ve wondered about this myself–it has been reported or I wouldn’t know about it, but it hasn’t been front page headline news or been featured on national TV news.
There is one explanation: the U.S. Marshall’s office is playing it very low key and has no plans to storm the house. If the plan changes, it could attract a lot of attention very quickly.

Just how do you think this is "the biggest story of the year?" It’s a story that repeats itself at least once a year, with varying coverage from the media. It has little effect on anyone else, and thus hardly qualifies as "big."
