The problem is, as you quoted from the FBI is that “evidence was gathered and presented to the Grand Juries” and yet if there was hard evidence, indictments should follow. If their was flim flam, fabricated evidence then the Grand Juries would have smelled it out. Since they had nothing solid, they couldn’t bring anything into a court room, without leaving a wicked putrid stench throughout the entire courthouse. Thus here we are 8+ years later, and the crime remains completely unsolved.
